  1. Humanitas was founded in 2003

    Humanitas was founded in 2003 with one goal in mind: to be a relevant, influential and innovative player in the consulting and Executive Search industry.

  2. Humanitas joins Cornerstone International group

    Since 2006 we are part of Cornerstone International Group, which gives us a global vision and presence, with a network of +60 offices in +40 countries.

  3. Humanitas/Cornerstone Chile joins “AESC”

    In 2011 we joined AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants), an international organization that guarantees the commitment of its members to the strictest quality standards and best practices in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory.

  4. Today

    For more than 20 years we have been advising our clients on the definition of new leadership positions, according to the dynamic challenges presented by todays scenario. This has allowed us to be part of the growth and development of several organizations, along with building a wide network of national and international contacts to identify the best practices in the industry.

Alejandra promoted that organizations should be thought and led with a purpose. She firmly believed in the responsibility of companies and their leaders in the development of society.

Throughout her life she was recognized with multiple distinctions, including the Lifetime Achievement Award Winner 2022, from AESC. She was not only the first woman to receive it, but also the first Latin American to receive it, which reflects Alejandra's impact beyond our borders.

Ornella Bono

Executive Director and Founder

Ornella Bono has been a founding Partner of Humanitas since 2002. She has over 25 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Advisory and Boards Assessment. She has led the search of executives, directors, CEO’s and C-Suites for public and private companies and associations in various industries. In the public sector, he has overseen civil service processes (ADP) and other state companies. She also worked at SQM, where she was part of Development Management and the Administration and Finance Management, participating in the control of investment projects and in the issuance of ADRs.

Our director is a Civil Industrial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and her areas of expertise include compensation studies, strategic consulting to companies and boards of directors, and analysis of environmental issues.

Ximena Aros

Senior Associate

Ximena Aros has been Senior Associate at Humanitas since 2021, with more than 20 years of experience in Banco Santander Group. She began her career in Corporate Recruiting, where she implemented an innovative management control system based on indicators and service agreements. She then led the People Services and Quality of Life Departments, contributing to the positioning of the bank as one of the best places to work, which allowed her to obtain recognition as the best Human Resources Management.

Currently, she co-develops Executive Search services, leading the search and selection strategy for directors and managers, in addition to post-placement follow-up and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Ximena holds a degree in Business Administration from the School of Economics and Business at the University of Chile.

Macarena Gómez

Senior Associate

Macarena Gómez has been Senior Associate at Humanitas since 2019. She has more than 10 years of experience in the human resources area, working in companies such as BBVA and CMPC. At BBVA she was Business Partner, advising commercial banking managers in different areas of people management. At CMPC he oversaw the analysis, improvement and standardization of the selection process. Currently, she co-develops Executive Search services, leading managerial and director searches for different companies. In addition, she conducts market research and advises on leadership, succession planning and team evaluation.

Macarena holds a degree in Clinical Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a certificate in Business Management from the University of California, Berkeley.

José Miguel Larraín

Senior Associate

José Miguel Larraín has been Senior Associate at Humanitas since 2022, with more than 30 years of work experience, he has experience in construction projects in sectors such as industrial, healthcare, retail, mining and mining operations. He stands out for his ability to structure teams, identify and promote talent, always with a results-oriented approach and the satisfaction of a job well done. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated extensive experience in team building and identifying talent for projects in areas such as mining, electricity, infrastructure and construction, among others.

José Miguel is a Civil Industrial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with an Executive Diploma in Management Skills: Coaching, Customer Experience, Operational Effectiveness and Negotiation, from the same university.

Alessandra Gandolfo

Senior Associate

Alessandra Gandolfo has been Senior Associate at Humanitas since 2022, with a first step in the team between 2011 and 2016. She has more than 10 years of professional experience in search and selection of top executives from various industry sectors. In addition, she has facilitated executive coaching and career development processes for professionals of relevant companies in the market, mainly oriented to enhance leadership skills and onboarding.

Alessandra is a Graphic Designer from the Universidad de Valparaíso and has a Diploma in Training and Certification in Professional Coaching from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She also has a Diploma in Project Management from the Università degli Studi Roma Tre.

Catalina Ramírez

Associate

Catalina Ramirez has been an Associate at Humanitas since 2022. She has more than 5 years of experience in consulting roles in People Management and Strategic Management, participating in research projects at university level and collaborating in the edition of a book used in the undergraduate training of her faculty. In addition, she was part of the Collective Leadership program of Enseña Chile, where she worked as Coordinator of Strategic Management and as a math teacher at the Huechuraba Educational Center. Currently, she does executive search for different companies, with special focus on the educational sector, and coordinates the generation of continuous improvement policies.

Catalina holds a degree in Commercial Engineering and a Master’s degree in People Management and Organizational Dynamics from the University of Chile.

Marcia González

Psychologist

Marcia Gonzalez is a Psychologist at Humanitas since 2018. With more than 15 years of experience in recruitment, selection, assessment and development processes, she has worked for 10 years assessing executives in private companies and 5 years assessing managers in public organizations, which has allowed her to specialize in the areas of Selection and Organizational Development. Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous strategic projects, contributing her expertise to optimize the selection of talent and the development of high performance teams.

Marcia has a degree in Psychology from Universidad La República and holds a Diploma in Organizational Development and a Postgraduate Degree in Psychodiagnosis with Projective Techniques, both obtained at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Claudia Rosales

Research Associate

Claudia Rosales has been a Research Associate at Humanitas since 2017. She has more than 10 years of experience in administrative, clinical and human resources areas, having worked in dental and surgery medical centers. Currently, she participates in market research studies, in processes of identification of candidates for managerial positions, in the design and preparation of documents for presentation to clients, and in the preparation of reports based on the analysis of results of various psychometric tools applied in the processes of detection and selection of talent. She is distinguished by her discipline, proactivity and attention to detail, which allows her to contribute significantly to the success of the projects in which she is involved.

Claudia has a degree in Dentistry from the Universidad del Zulia, Venezuela.

Alexandra Neeb has been a Research Associate at Humanitas since 2022. She has more than 25 years of experience and practical knowledge in the areas of relationship marketing and communications, where she has coordinated teams and managed commercial accounts. Throughout her career, she has also served in roles such as sales executive and administrative coordinator in various companies and industries. Currently, she is responsible for the coordination of multiple issues with clients and candidates, in addition to managing key internal processes at the operational level, providing constant support and offering an efficient and friendly service. Her ability to resolve situations with agility and empathy allows her to contribute to the optimization of the processes in which she participates.

Alexandra is a Publicist graduated from the Mónica Herrera School of Communication.

María Teresa Ruiz Tagle

Gerente de Administración y Finanzas

María Teresa Ruiz-Tagle is Administration and Finance Manager of Humanitas since 2023. She has vast experience in Management Control, Administration and Financial Management roles in several national and international companies. Currently, she is responsible for the design and implementation of efficient administrative processes, standing out for her strategic approach and her ability to optimize operations. She is characterized by her strong professional commitment, analytical skills and her ability to work as part of a team, which allows her to contribute to the success of the projects in which she participates.

María Teresa is a Civil Engineer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 1982.
